A Tour of Richardson's Historic Heart

This house, located at 201 E. Polk Street (corner of E. Polk and S. McKinney), was built in 1918 according to DCAD. This makes it something of a rarity in twenty-first century Richardson. It is currently being used as a lawyer's office. It was previously the residence of Milton S. "Shorty" Ingram, the man who operated Ingram's Garage at 101-103 E. Main.
