This photo shows Ida Seay Jenkins (in dark dress) and a sister (which one?) standing on the steps of the Seay family home in Dallas, Texas, about 1923, showing off their new frocks. A notation on the back complains that "Mama snapped it when I stuck [out] my tongue."
