BIG SPRINGS CEMETERY

Big Springs Cemetery, Garland TX

Although it is located in adjacent Garland, many Richardson and Richardson area residents have been buried at Big Springs Cemetery, which is immediately next-door to the Big Springs Baptist Church. These include Jack Wheeler, son of Richardson founding father William J. Wheeler, Virginia "Jennie" Routh Barron, daughter of Jacob and Clara Routh, some members of the Floyd family, and Neely and Jackie Huffhines, donors of the land that is now Huffhines Park in East Richardson. LOCATION: Big Springs Cemetery is located on the east side of the 6500 block of North Jupiter Road in Garland, next to Big Springs Baptist Church. Google Maps
